Prepared under section 51 of the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000, as amended. Updated 2 November 2026. Version 2.0.
1. Purpose and scope
This manual explains how to request records held by More4u (Pty) Ltd, trading as More4u / More4You. We operate https://more4you.co.za and sell groceries, pantry goods, savoury snacks and sweets, including hand-assembled Sugar Daddy Candy products. We hold limited stock and source some goods after customers order.
PAIA means the Promotion of Access to Information Act. POPIA means the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013. The Regulator means South Africa’s Information Regulator. This manual covers company and store records, including records held for us by service providers. Listing a record does not automatically make it public or establish that every example is held.

4. Information available without a formal request
Published product listings, displayed prices, business contact details, customer policies and this manual are available on our website without a formal PAIA request. Customers may contact us directly for routine order assistance without losing the right to use PAIA. Internal documents and unpublished pages are not public merely because this manual describes their category.
5. Subjects and categories of records
- Company administration: registration documents, company particulars, director and ownership records, resolutions and statutory filings.
- Sales and customers: quotations, orders, invoices, contact details, correspondence, collection and delivery arrangements, complaints, returns and refunds.
- Suppliers and products: quotations, invoices, purchase records, catalogues, packaging and product information, stock and candy-assembly records.
- Finance and tax: accounting records, payment references, provider settlements, banking records, tax returns and supporting records.
- Website and providers: website content, configuration and access records, contracts and relevant logs or backups held by us or on our behalf.
- Privacy and access requests: consent and withdrawal records, requests, decisions, correspondence and incident records.
- People and professional services: operator or personnel records and service agreements, where held.
6. Records under other legislation
Depending on the record and applicable statutory conditions, records may be maintained or accessed under the Companies Act 71 of 2008; Tax Administration Act 28 of 2011; Income Tax Act 58 of 1962; Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008; Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002; Foodstuffs, Cosmetics and Disinfectants Act 54 of 1972 and applicable regulations; PAIA; and POPIA. A separate statutory access right remains subject to that legislation. This is not a claim that every listed record exists or is open to everyone. More4u is not VAT registered.
7. Submit a request
For access to a private body’s records, identify the right you wish to exercise or protect and explain why the requested record is needed. Access is assessed under PAIA, including its procedures and lawful refusal grounds.
Complete prescribed PAIA Form 2, available from the Regulator’s PAIA resources, and send it to our Information Officer. Include enough detail to identify the records; your identity and contact details; preferred access format; the right concerned and why access is needed; and how you wish to receive the decision. Provide reasonable proof of identity and, when acting for someone else, proof of authority. We will help clarify an incomplete request.
8. Decisions and access
We will ordinarily decide and notify you within 30 days after receiving the request or required particulars, subject to PAIA’s third-party procedures. A lawful extension may be made once for up to a further 30 days, with written reasons and notice of remedies. Failure to decide within the applicable period is treated as refusal.
Our response will explain access arrangements and applicable fees, or refusal reasons and remedies. We consider partial disclosure by separating protected material. Refusal grounds can include third-party privacy, confidential commercial information, privilege and safety, subject to public-interest disclosure rules. A missing record requires the explanation prescribed by PAIA.
9. Fees
We will issue the prescribed fee notice before requiring payment. Lawful exemptions or exclusions apply and the current prescribed schedule prevails. The Regulator’s published private-body schedule lists a R140 request fee, R2 per A4 photocopy or printed page or part page, and R145 per hour or part hour after the first hour for search and preparation, capped at R435. Other media and delivery charges are as prescribed and notified.
A prescribed deposit may apply if search exceeds six hours. Ask for the calculation and payment instructions; do not send banking passwords or card details. See the full official fee schedule.
10. Complaints and remedies
PAIA has no compulsory internal appeal for this private body. If dissatisfied, you may complain to the Regulator using PAIA Form 5, ordinarily within 180 days of the decision or applicable non-response. Use its eServices portal or PAIAComplaints@inforegulator.org.za. Court remedies remain available under PAIA, subject to its procedures and time limits.
11. Personal information processing
We process information to answer enquiries, prepare quotations, administer accounts, fulfil orders, arrange collection or delivery, reconcile payments, handle complaints and refunds, maintain business records and operate and secure the website. Promotional email and WhatsApp each require separate opt-in, with unsubscribe or STOP options.
Customer and enquirer records include names, contact details, billing or delivery addresses, orders, correspondence, payment references and refund records. Supplier and business contacts include names, company and contact details, quotations, purchase records, invoices and correspondence. Operator and service-contact records include names, roles, contact and access details. Visitor records include technical, session, security and site-use information processed by active website services.
12. Recipients and international processing
Access is limited to authorised operators and providers as needed for their work. Services include domains.co.za hosting; the WordPress and WooCommerce store; iKhokha payments; Courier Guy deliveries; Jetpack / Automattic connected services and statistics; Wordfence security; and WPForms enquiries. Relevant order and recipient details are shared for delivery. WordPress software itself is not a separate recipient merely because it is installed. Information may also be disclosed where legally required.
Connected technology providers, including Automattic, may process information in the United States and other countries. Transfers must meet POPIA’s applicable requirements, including adequate legal or contractual protection or another lawful transfer basis. Ask the Information Officer about a particular provider or transfer.
13. Security, retention and personal information requests
The website uses account-based access controls, HTTPS transmission and security tools. Access is limited to authorised people who need it. Records are retained for lawful business, accounting, legal and dispute purposes, then reviewed for deletion or de-identification. WooCommerce has no automatic account or order deletion periods configured; contact the Information Officer to request a retention review.
With reasonable identity checks, you may request confirmation that we hold your personal information, access, correction or qualifying deletion. Confirmation of whether information is held is free under POPIA. Send a “Privacy request” to info@more4you.co.za. Rights remain subject to lawful retention and access restrictions. POPIA complaints may be sent to POPIAComplaints@inforegulator.org.za. Our Privacy Policy gives further detail.
14. Availability and review
This manual is available on our website without charge, for inspection at our principal place of business during normal business hours by arrangement, and on request subject to lawful copying charges. It will be supplied to the Regulator on request. The Information Officer will update it when material arrangements change.
